I’ve got lots of dates to use up here, so I am posting my recipes with dates. Here is my favorite so far…
This is an amazing breakfast on the go, loads of energy and simple to make.
Recipe:
1 Cup raw milk
1 banana, frozen for 30 minutes (or not if no time)
4 dates, pitted
1 Tbs. unsalted organic peanut butter, preferably homemade
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbs. chia seed, flax seeds, or other super food of choice
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy
