This is a recipe I have contributed for the Women of BloomEE. I hope you all enjoy!!
*Vegan alternative, subtract the cottage cheese with crushed walnuts (use ¼ – ½ Cup depending on how much you want to eat).
Ingredients:
- 1 med. tomato, chopped
- ½ Cup cottage cheese
- Unrefined salt to taste
- 1 tsp. EV olive oil
- 2 tsp. dried zatar mixture (a middle eastern thyme, sumac, and sesame mixture can be found in middle Eastern and Armenian markets), or dried thyme
OR
- 2 Tbs. Fresh herb; thyme, basil, or any other herb that is appealing to you.
Instructions:
- In a serving bowl, place all ingredients in order.
