Making these were so much fun and so delicious! They make a great portable food and great for kids lunch box. You could even make a larger pizza for the whole family to enjoy.
I have only suggested here a cheese pizza, but the sky is the limit! Try making your own pizza sauce with dried herbs and spices along with mushrooms, garlic, onion, spinach and any other vegetable you can get in there, blend it up into a sauce and use it for this, that way you are packing plenty of nourishing goodness along with it. You can also make your own mini meatballs that you have already cooked and top that on there as well.
You can even try making a “hot pocket” type pizza and put one layer of dough on the bottom of the muffin pan, then a filling, then another layer of dough to close it. In fact, you could even do a breakfast type sausage and egg with this?

- 1 recipe biscuits or paleo corn bread
- Pizza/ tomato sauce
- Preheat oven 400
- Grease muffin tin
- Spoon biscuit dough into muffin tins
- Bake for 8 minutes.
- Then take out and spoon on sauce and cheese.
- Lower oven to 375
- Put back in oven for 4 minutes or until cheese is melted and to your liking.
