Gluten Free Biscuit

Here is a recipe for gluten free drop biscuits. They are amazing and can easily be over eaten, so watch out! I am not into promoting starchy carbohydrates, but sometimes there is a place for them, if your body can handle them. These make a great alternative to wheat biscuits. As with any “bready” food, please don’t overdo it especially if your trying to lose weight.

  1. Preheat oven 400
  2. Grease cookie sheet or muffin tin.
  3. Place butter and flour in a food processor and pulse until little dough balls form, about 30 seconds.
  4.  Then add eggs and milk.
  5.  Keep hands or spoons greased with coconut oil when working with this dough to help prevent sticking.
  6.  Drop dough by the spoonful onto you baking sheet.
  7.  Baked or about 10 minutes or until turning golden brown.
