YAY!!! I’ve been working on a recipe index to make the recipes I post easier to navigate. I have a lot of friends, family and followers who have had a difficult time searching for recipes (that’s what you get with blogs). I have created a “Recipe Index” tab and did my best to organize it, please take a look around, let me know what you think.
NOTE: I take all my photos with my iPhone, so I do the best with what I’ve got (skills and all, so forgive me for older posts photos which don’t look so great).
If you would like me to give your favorite recipe a makeover either WAPF style, AIP, gluten free or Paleo, let me know. I have many more recipes that are waiting to be edited and posted, just finding the time….
Through the course of history the practice of medicine has changed. In the earliest of times medicine was plant based. The practices of Herbalism, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Ayurveda date back centuries. Allopathic and Homeopathic medicines are the “newcomers” to medicine. Let’s explore each modality of medicine starting with the newest.
Though I do see an Allopathic doctor for my diabetes, I primarily follow the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Herbalism. By doing so I have found that I am healthier and see the Allopathic doctor less. I’m not advocating that anyone stop seeing their Allopathic doctor. There is room for all modalities of medicine. I do believe the time has come that these 5 branches of medicine begin to work together. Allopathic is great for diagnosing, setting broken bones, and removing foreign objects, while other modalities are better at addressing the root causes of disease.
This was the most AWESOME and creative post I have come across for cold and flu season. I literally read it, commented then cam straight to my blog to post it. This way I will have it saved and I can share with you all.
