Wow! Thank you for thinking of me, that’s 2 this week! I haven’t even got a chance to participate due to my PC not cooperating with me. I only have my phone internet for about another week. Then I will be able to complete this.
Thanks again 🙂
Sure!! I think your blog is great!! Good luck!!!!!
Sounds healthy and yum!
It is! I’m kinda over the red palm oil and nutritional yeast for now, I had it for about 10 days straight! Not the same thing of course, but I was craving it drizzled over my greens.
My body must have needed it, but now it’s done 🙂
I feel you! I heard that cravings can sometimes indicate a deficiency.
Exactly. And I’ve learned to listen to my body’s needs.
Amen to that!
This looks delish! Do you use Kale that you have grown or that you have purchased? I don’t grow my own Kale but have had garden fresh Kale in the past and found it WAY better than anything I have bought in the store. The Kale I buy in the store seems to have a “plastic” taste. If you buy yours can you pl. share which brand you use? Thanks!
Right now I buy organic kale that comes from a local farm at Whole Foods. Otherwise, I buy at farmers market when in season. If you grow your own…even better!
This also works well with ANY greens; Swiss chard, dandelion, beet greens, and so on.
I have even added 1/2 Cup cooked and warm garbanzo beans (when it was finished) and it was AMAZING!
This sounds really good. I have never tried cooking with red palm oil. I will have to give it a go.
Red palm oil is my favorite this week along with nutritional yeast.
